Founded in 1992, Heritage Island has been actively involved in promoting Ireland’s visitor attractions to the individual visitor and travel trade for the past 16 years, with a particular focus on major overseas markets.
Heritage Island is an acknowledged leader within the tourism industry in the promotion of cultural tourism. Recent years have seen the company expand the range of heritage and culture it promotes to include Heritage Towns, theatres and performing arts venues.
Ireland Visitor Discounts is a Heritage Island project for 2009 offering the overseas visitor a selection of 123 of Ireland’s leading cultural venues. Each venue has, where possible, offered a discount* off their admission price, providing added value and great savings.
We hope that by visiting this site visitors get a taste of the range and variety of culture available and some great ideas for things to do and places to visit.
